Legal Disclaimer – Anchor Works
The following terms apply to all cleaning services provided by Anchor Works (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or receiving services, the client (“you” or “your”) acknowledges and agrees to the conditions outlined below.
1. Service Availability & Scope
All services—including Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning—are subject to availability. Deep Cleaning and specialty services may require additional time, staffing, or upgraded service levels. Anchor Works reserves the right to decline or modify service requests based on home condition, safety concerns, or scheduling limitations.
2. Pricing & Estimates
All pricing is based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may be adjusted if the home’s condition, size, or required labor differs from the initial description. Anchor Works will communicate any changes before proceeding. Hourly services are billed for actual time spent on-site.
3. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property. If our team is unable to enter the home at the scheduled time, a lockout or cancellation fee may apply. Anchor Works is not responsible for delays caused by access issues.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, same-day changes, or no-show appointments may incur a fee up to the full service amount.
5. Safety & Working Conditions
Our team must be able to work in a safe, sanitary environment. Excessive clutter, hazardous conditions, or the presence of aggressive pets may result in service refusal or additional charges. Anchor Works reserves the right to stop service if conditions are unsafe.
6. Liability & Damages
While we take great care in every home, Anchor Works is not responsible for pre-existing damage, unstable fixtures, improperly installed items, or normal wear and tear. Clients must secure valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings prior to service.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If any area is missed or does not meet expectations, clients must notify us within 48 hours. Anchor Works will return to address the issue at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply to conditions outside the agreed-upon scope of work.
8. Insurance & Employee Screening
All team members are insured, vetted, and background-checked. Anchor Works is not liable for damages or losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client or from circumstances beyond our control.
9. Online Booking & After-Hours Requests
Online bookings are subject to review and confirmation. After-hours or overnight bookings may require a follow-up call to confirm cleaner readiness. Anchor Works reserves the right to adjust or reschedule appointments based on staffing availability.
10. Changes to Terms
Anchor Works may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms
